Warrior Level 1
This 55 minute instructional class focuses on advancing the athletes coordination, balance, agility, and strength that will not only help them excel with obstacle courses, but also other sports they play. Coaches will lead the athlete through different obstacle courses weekly, and also teach specific skills like handstands, cartwheels, rolls, pullovers and make use of slacklines, bars, quad steps, warped wall and so much more!
