At the gym, we tranform the lobby with 2 tables and chairs around them. You are welcome to bring table clothes, decorations and food. We have other small tables and countertops that food, cakes, and gift bags can go on. In the gym, we set up a few obstacle courses great for all ages and abilities.

We can accomodate up to 24 kids with the staffing in place for all of our parties. If you feel you will have more than 24, please call so we can see what the need is for coaching. We want to ensure we are staffed properly for safety and flow of the party. The party cost includes 12 kids, each additional child is $15.

Babies under 10 months don't count, and also babies or childred who do not go on the floor or who might be in a stroller or harnessed don't count. We also do not count any adults. We do want to remind you the equipment is only for the kids, so please refrain from using the equipment like trampolines, bars, mats and more!

You will have 1 - 2 coaches helping with set up, clean up and supervising the kids. Coaches can also lead and organize games, we have a few in our back pocket, but if you have specific games or equipment you want to bring, coaches can help with that too. We do have space for a pinata. Coaches will check in with you before and throughout your party to ensure you get in everything you want. The best timing for our parties is to play for the first half, then head over to the tables to sing happy birthday and be able to go back out and play again. Coaches will ring the bell and call for shoes on about 5 mintues before the end of you party. That way kids are able to say their goodbyes.

We book our parties 15 minutes apart. Coaches will be helping clean up throughout the end of your party to help get ready for the next one. You are welcome to come up to 10 minutes before you party. Coaches will help with clean up and staging your items to help with a smooth transition.
