Andrea's passion for teaching and love for working with children has been a guiding force throughout her journey. As a former gymnast, Andrea's innate connection with young minds ignited her pursuit of a career in education. She began her college journey in Liberal Studies but swiftly found her true calling in Recreation Administration. Realizing that traditional classroom settings and standardized testing limited her ability to teach creatively, Andrea embraced an out-of-the-box approach to education.

Driven by her conviction that learning should transcend physical boundaries, Andrea has shifted her focus to creating a vibrant makerspace where kids can access a wealth of tools and resources. Her goal is to provide a collaborative environment where children can work alongside their peers, fostering a strong sense of community and shared learning. Andrea believes that hands-on and project-based learning are essential for instilling practical life skills and inspiring creativity.
