WHERE SKILL MEETS WILL

Our Adaptive Ninja Classes are designed to provide a supportive and encouraging environment for children with diverse physical, developmental, or sensory needs. With smaller class sizes, individualized coaching, and a calm gym setting (lighter music and fewer distractions), each child can move, climb, jump, and explore at their own pace. Our goal is to help every ninja build strength, confidence, and joy in movement while celebrating progress in every form. Private lessons are also available for children who benefit from one-on-one instruction or a personalized approach.

Small Group Classes

Small group classes are designed for athletes who thrive in a more focused and calm setting. With fewer students and extra coach support, your child can participate in Ninja activities while still getting plenty of individual attention. This environment allows athletes to build skills, confidence, and social connections at their own pace—without the overwhelm of a large class.

Private Lessons

Private lessons are a great choice for athletes who benefit from one-on-one support and personalized guidance. During these sessions, your child will have the instructor’s full attention as they navigate obstacles, build strength, and explore movement at their own pace. Every lesson is tailored to your athlete’s abilities and comfort level—our goal is to help them move, learn, and succeed in the way that works best for them!

Inclusion

We love when athletes are able to join our regular Ninja Vortex Classes! We’re happy to work with parents and caregivers to make that transition smooth and positive. If your child would benefit from extra support, we welcome your guidance and insight. You’re also invited to help your athlete get comfortable with the instructor or group during the first few classes. Our goal is to create a welcoming experience where every child feels confident and included. Let us know how we can best support your ninja!

Support Your Child’s Growth Through Movement

Our Adaptive Ninja Classes are designed not only for fun and confidence-building, but also to support important developmental skills. These classes can help children:

  • Strengthen gross motor skills, balance, and coordination

  • Build core strength and body awareness

  • Develop confidence, focus, and social interaction

Many families find that our program complements occupational or physical therapy, providing children with additional opportunities to practice movement and coordination in a supportive, low-stress environment. Whether in private lessons, small groups, or regular Ninja Vortex classes, our experienced coaches work with each child at their own pace to encourage progress and celebrate every achievement.

Talk to your child’s therapist or doctor to see how our classes might support your child’s development — and let us know how we can adapt the experience to best meet their needs.
