I love being an entrepreneur, coach and community spokesperson...but I'm always a mom first. I was born in Anchorage, Alaska and raised in Redding. I graduated Humbolt State University in 2008 with a Bachelor's in Recration Administration and a Minor in Business. I bought Athletics Unlimited when I was 26 years old and operated there for five years. From 2012 to 2017 I operated toddler programs, gymnastics, Ninja Warrior. From 2017, I focused more on recreational gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. I started an Xcel team in 2023, which allowed athletes to compete without the extra pressure and time of a Junior Olympic program. I loved being in the Petaluma Outlet location, but it was not my forever home. During Covid, I also led and developed an alternative elementary school program (first -sixth grade). In 2025 I was fortunate to move into SoMo Village. It has been nothing but amazing because I have been able to put all of my programs back under one roof. The community vibe is invigorating and I am truly in my "happy place." ~Coach Andrea
Coach Andrea
Coach Andrea fell in love with gymnastics at an early age. She competed in the JO program for a few years, and fell in love with tumbling and coaching. Her first job was when she was 14 as a gymnastics coach and never looked back. She loves Yerba's, fettachini alfrado and would love to someday travel to the Cook Islands.
Coach Laini
Coach Laini competed as an Xcel Platinum gymnast and has a passion for coaching kids. Over the past year she started Diving at the JC, where she took to it with ease
Coach Ella
Coach Ella grew up a gymnast, competing at a high level of Junior Olympics Level 10. She is a real life Gymnasts who can really walk on her hands, ask her next time you see her :-)
Coach Rayan
Coach Rayan is a real life Ninja, he has years of Martial Arts under his belt, and combines his experiences with our Ninja Warrior Classes. Want to learn how to flip, he is your guy!

Coach Aya
Coach Aya loves Wrestling and Soccer, and a huge Real Madrid fan. If she could travel anywhere, she would visit Egypt, and things the culture is facinating and beautiful. Her favorite food is her family's traditional Moroccan cooking. Aya loves the pure joy on a kids face when they finally accomplish something they have been working so hard on. She loves the little laughs and giggles in class, because those are what make class so special.
Coach Josie
Josie love fishing. Her favorite food is Molokhia, which we looked up, its a leafy green veggie from the jute mallow plant, a popular Middle Eastern traditional soup. She would love to travel to Lebanon someday. What Josie loves about coaching athletes is when they complete a new skill and seeing how far they have come from when they first started.
